Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines unacceptable practices while using RYN Host's services. All users must comply with this policy.

1. Illegal Use

RYN Host services may not be used for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not publish or transmit via RYN Host's service any content that RYN Host reasonably believes:

• Constitutes child pornography or relates to the abuse of children;
• Is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech;
• Is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction;
• Is defamatory or violates a person's privacy;
• Infringes on another person's copyright, trade or service mark, patent, or other property right;
• Promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking.

3. Resource Usage

While we offer "unlimited" slots or storage on certain plans, this is subject to fair use. You may not:

• Use 100% of CPU resources for extended periods of time (e.g., cryptocurrency mining, video encoding);
• Run scripts or software that causes performance degradation for other users on the node;
• Store backups of personal files unrelated to the game server (Service is not a cloud storage provider);

Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

4. Network Abuse

The following networking activities are prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email ("spam");
• Operating a public proxy or VPN;
• Launching Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against others;
• Port scanning or probing other networks without authorization;
• Hosting phishing sites or malware command & control infrastructure.

5. Violations & Enforcement

RYN Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this AUP. In severe cases (such as child exploitation, DDoS attacks, or crypto mining), termination may be immediate and without refund.
